Strategy and design of an extended application architecture, with Employee Portal + SaaS HCM tool + Workforce Analytics tool + Integration Hub components. A comparison and selection process was executed involving SAP SuccessFactors, Workday HCM and Oracle HCM Cloud. Transition from present Oracle EBS HRMS environment, with re-design of all end-to-end processes. An implementation roadmap was designed and a data-migration approach was defined.

Delivery and subject matter expertise for an extensive experience driven Digital HR Programme. The focus was on employee and manager experience improvement, to impact engagement and deliver significant positive cultural change. This involved process improvement and service delivery efficiency design through introduction of various talent facing and SaaS based technology components, with a complete application architecture and implementation roadmap.

The client decided to replace their current PeopleSoft HCM application with Oracle Fusion HCM. The programme soon expanded to include the internal People-Website and HR Case Management system. In collaboration with the HR Function all internal processes were reviewed and properly documented. Ultimately it was decided to redesign the Talent Management processes much closer to the supporting tool, to avoid over-customisation. All other processes were adapted to fit Oracle Fusion.

The client wanted to replace its old PeopleSoft Recruiting module. All processes were adapted to the new tool. A phased roll-out plan was agreed, where this programme would first manage a the roll-out for Europe, followed by the rest of its global organisation. Processes were re-design and automated for: requisition definition, authorisations, candidate filtering, selection process, talent pooling, onboarding and reporting.
